Zhejiang Wantai Special Steel Co., Ltd. is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta economy, facing highways and backed by canals, with unique transportation and geographical advantages.

Wantai Special Steel was established in 2003 and has now built a factory terminal with an annual cargo capacity of 1.7 million tons. It has 2 70T electric arc furnaces, 2 refining furnaces, 650 continuous rolling mill, and R8 six machine six continuous casting mill production line.

Among them, the continuous casting machine is designed, manufactured, installed, and debugged by Gaozhida Continuous Casting Company, providing comprehensive solutions. Since its production in 2017, it has been in good operating condition. Core equipment such as crystallizer vibration and tension levelers have received high praise from customers.

The main agenda for this follow-up visit is:

1. Provide solutions for the pain points encountered by customers in production, that is, by adding appropriate process measures, it can meet the production requirements of both alloy steel and plain carbon steel, while further reducing production costs on the existing basis;

2. Collect problems during process and equipment operation, and provide local equipment upgrade and renovation services according to customer needs;

3. Introduce the development of Wuhan Gaozhida Continuous Casting in recent years, and recommend the application of new technologies, processes, and materials for continuous casting machines to customers in real-time.
